After years of frustration with overcomplicated fitness programs, I decided to create my own blueprint—a simple, sustainable system built around smart training, realistic nutrition, and lasting habits. I spent a full year testing and refining the approach, and the results spoke for themselves. At 44 years old, I went from 73 kg and 23% body fat to 66 kg and under 15% in just 6 weeks.
